About the role:
- Working with Partners who are leaders in the corporate field.
- Advising both national & international clients.
- Be involved in a broad range of Mergers & Acquisition and Equity Capital Markets transactions with a predominant focus of in the renewable energy sector.
The ideal candidate:
- A mid-senior Lawyer with 4-6 PQE.
- An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- An active leader who is able and willing to mentor junior lawyers.
- Ability to build and manage client’s relationships.
