About the role:
- Working with two highly experienced and reputable Partners.
- Advising a range of high-profile Australian and multinational clients.
- Be involved in employment, work health & safety and industrial matters., such as defending unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, employment agreements and industrial disputes, etc.
The ideal candidate:
- A mid-senior lawyer with at least 3+ PQE in Employment & Industrial law.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Strong and up to date knowledge of the Fair Work Act and discrimination laws.
- Excellent communication skills, commercially astute and confident in front of clients.
