Banking & Finance Lawyer role

About the role:
- You will advise major banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients on corporate finance, real estate finance, leveraged finance, and general lending transactions.
- An excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience in complex financing deals, develop strong client relationships, and grow within a high-performing and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer (1+ PQE).
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission with strong academics
- Must have a minimum of 1 year PQE as a B&F lawyer in a recognised mid or top-tier firm.
