About the role:
You’ll work closely with approachable and respected Partners on a broad and consistent range of matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions (private and public)
- Equity and debt capital markets
- Joint ventures, restructures & shareholder arrangements
- Commercial contracting and advisory work
You’ll have the chance to own matters, build client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers, with increasing independence and visibility.
The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years’ PAE in corporate/M&A law (ideally from a mid-tier, top-tier or respected boutique firm)
- Proven experience running or significantly contributing to M&A and advisory matters
- Strong drafting skills and the confidence to manage transactions
- A collaborative, team-first approach and desire to mentor junior colleagues
- A commercial mindset and ability to deliver clear, practical advice
- Strong academic credentials and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude
