Corporate Tax Lawyer

About the role:
- Advising on corporate tax structures, including M&A transactions and restructures.
- Providing strategic advice on tax compliance and regulatory obligations.
- Assisting clients with cross-border tax issues and international tax planning.
- Advising on tax implications for capital markets and private equity transactions.
- Representing clients in tax disputes and negotiations with regulatory authorities.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified lawyer with 4+ years of PQE in corporate tax.
- Experience advising on M&A, restructuring, and international tax matters.
- Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A team player with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
