About your new employer:

About the role:
- Provide intellectual property advice across diverse industry sectors, including litigation regarding patents, trademarks, brand protection, licensing and Australian Consumer Law issues;
- Provide advice on privacy matters, including privacy regulatory compliance, data breach notifications, privacy impact assessments and contractual privacy issues;
Working closely with highly experienced Partners coming out from top-tier firms
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer to Senior Associate (3-5+ PQE).
- Demonstrable experience and passion for IP.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in the use of IP databases and case management software
- Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
