About the role:
- Working with two highly experienced Partners/founders of the firm.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of transactions within the property team including property development planning and structuring, caveats and real property security, conveyancing.
- Advising clients ranging from first-home buyers to large property developers.
- Conduct research and analysis, providing clients with effective resolutions.
The ideal candidate:
- Associate/Senior Associate level Lawyer, with at least 3+ PQE.
- Proven experience advising on property transactions and general conveyancing.
- Experience using PEXA.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to date knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Strong communication, organisational, and team collaboration skills
