• Legal Practice Leadership: Manage a portfolio of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Court Representation: Appear in directions hearings, mediations, conciliation conferences, and other legal proceedings.
• Document Preparation: Draft and review court documents, Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, and Child Support Agreements with exceptional attention to detail.
• Dispute Resolution: Lead mediations and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers, fostering their professional development and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law, preferably gained at a respected Sydney-based firm.
