Senior In-house Lawyer: Policy

About the role:
- Lead and manage a team of policy lawyers, paralegals, and admin staff.
- Provide high-level policy advice and secretariat support to internal committees, including preparing and coordinating agendas, submissions, and reports.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and departmental leadership within the broader Policy and Practice division.
The ideal candidate:
- Have completed a Law degree hold a valid practicing certificate
- 8+ years PQE
- Significant experience delivering strategic legal policy advice.
- Deep understanding of public interest and social justice legal issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and performance development.
