About the Role

• Draft, review and manage a variety of commercial contracts, including sponsorships, cooperative marketing agreements, and service-level arrangements.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure contracts and documentation comply with all relevant laws, policies, and internal procedures.
• Lead governance initiatives including risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and support internal and external audit processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of legal policies and procedures to align with best practice.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation including legal briefs, submissions, resolutions, and reports.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Law and eligibility to hold a practising certificate in NSW.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, legal research, and advising on legal matters.
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance and risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
