Provide high-level administrative and legal support to Partners and Lawyers
Draft and format correspondence, court documents, and legal reports
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, book travel and handle general enquiries
Assist with monthly billing, file management, and client communications
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients with professionalism and care
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary (Minimum 1 + years ideal)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment
Familiarity with legal practice systems and Microsoft Office suite
