Base pay range

A$75.00/hr - A$80.00/hr

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in overseeing commercial & retail fit outs.

The first project is a large commercial office fit out for approx 24 weeks on a nightshift. The next available contract will be days or nights on a smaller commercial office fit out for approx 16 weeks.


If you'd like to start with a Tier 1 fit out & construction company on a large office and reception area in Sydney, CBD - this could be the job for you.

You'll oversee the subcontractors, logistics and labour to do a full fit out for a well known brand. It will be your responsibility to ensure WH&S, site runs to program and client satisfaction.

You will oversee subcontractors and quality produced by trades, ensuring interior fit out and finishings are in line with drawings and timeframes.
You'll be comfortable directing subcontractors and labour in order to deliver the project on time and within budget.

You'll be an excellent communicator, comfortable dealing with and updating all stakeholders, including clients who expect a professional service. With numerous fit outs planned in the next 12 months, it is a great opportunity to be considered for future contracts.

You must have:
- Certificate IV in Building/Construction
- First Aid / CPR
