Double Bay Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation

We're searching for a Venue Manager to head up a flagship site in Double Bay for one of Australia’s most-loved hospitality brands — the kind of place locals crave, influencers tag, and guests remember. With over 50 locations nationwide and more on the way, this is your chance to join a brand with serious momentum.
What the role looks like:Running a high-volume, fast-moving venue with care, creativity, and a cool headLeading, coaching, and energising a team that’s all about people and performanceDelivering next-level guest experiences with warmth, style, and consistencyBringing brand initiatives to life with precision and passionCollaborating with a supportive leadership crew that values ideas over egos
What you bring to the table:Experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant in a hospitality, QSR, or premium retail settingConfident, hands-on leadership and a genuine love for serviceAbility to juggle operations, people, and pace — without dropping the ballFlexibility across a rotating roster (weekends and evenings included)A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a knack for making things happen
