The RoleWe’re hiring a Marketing Automation Consultant to design and deliver personalised, data-driven experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll work directly with clients to bring complex cross-channel journeys to life.
What you’ll doLead solution discovery and design workshopsDesign dynamic email/web personalisation strategies using AMPscriptBuild and document architecture across multiple Salesforce CloudsCreate integrated customer journeys using SFMC, Pardot, and external platformsMentor team members and lead project delivery from concept to go-livePartner with clients on campaign execution, platform optimisation and strategy
What we’re looking for5+ years in Marketing Automation; 3+ years in SFMC or PardotExperience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, AMPScript, SQL, APIStrong stakeholder engagement and design thinking approachPassion for personalisation, segmentation and customer dataConfident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication
