Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand service needs and convert inquiries into sales
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on quotes and proposals
- Oversee post-installation customer satisfaction and relationship development
- Prepare and complete accurate quotations, service contracts, and reports
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional phone manner
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-first mindset
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Technical aptitude (mechanical or automotive knowledge highly regarded)
- A sense of urgency and strong multitasking/time management abilities
- Willingness to travel within the Sydney metro area
