Job description:

• Oversee and ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Supervise the preparation and assembly of sandwiches, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain barista services, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of beverages to customer expectations.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organised, overseeing daily cleaning routines and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies, security protocols, and efficient operations.
• Supervise and manage the processing of wholesale orders, ensuring accurate order taking, packing, and timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure the availability of products while minimising waste.
• Manage customer enquiries both in-store and through other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Attributes:

• Must hold at least a Diploma of Business (Retail Management) or higher, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team for smooth operations.
• Excellent communication skills, focused on delivering top-tier service.
• Efficient in managing tasks, inventory, and store operations.
• Quick to identify issues and make effective decisions.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $77,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
