Job description:
- Oversee and ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise the preparation and assembly of sandwiches, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain barista services, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of beverages to customer expectations.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organised, overseeing daily cleaning routines and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies, security protocols, and efficient operations.
- Supervise and manage the processing of wholesale orders, ensuring accurate order taking, packing, and timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure the availability of products while minimising waste.
- Manage customer enquiries both in-store and through other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Must hold at least a Diploma of Business (Retail Management) or higher, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team for smooth operations.
- Excellent communication skills, focused on delivering top-tier service.
- Efficient in managing tasks, inventory, and store operations.
- Quick to identify issues and make effective decisions.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $77,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
