The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive our US expansion and launch the next generation of AI-powered compliance products. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to build AI-powered experiences that drive enterprise growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next wave of compliance innovation powered by Haast..

Impact you’ll make

• Set the strategy & roadmap – Craft product strategy and roadmap that ladders directly to company goals. Prioritise ruthlessly to deliver the highest-impact bets first
• Lead the full lifecycle – Drive 0 → 1 experiments, 1 → n iterations, and sunset calls. Validate quickly with prototypes and real customer feedback, blending data with product intuition to launch confidently and refine relentlessly
• Own the metrics – Set clear targets across adoption, retention, and unit economics. Instrument, mine for insights, and turn findings into bold, data-driven bets
• Champion the customer – Spend time with compliance officers, marketers and legal teams to uncover pain, co-design solutions and pressure-test prototypes. Pair qualitative depth with quantitative evidence
• Scale the AI engine – Partner with ML and infra leads to build and improve LLM-powered features with enterprise-grade performance, cost efficiency, and guardrails. Vet new AI techniques and decide when to ship versus wait
• Drive go-to-market – Collaborate with our Head of Marketing to shape positioning and messaging for new features and products. Enable Sales & Customer Success with crisp narratives and proof points that land with Fortune 500 buyers
• Rally the squad – Align design, engineering, data, marketing, and execs around a shared story. Keep work unblocked, comms crisp, and momentum high—even when priorities collide
• Lead & mentor product managers – Align teams around shared goals. Build strong discovery and delivery rituals, model clear decision-making, and raise the quality bar through tight scope and rapid feedback loops
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Obsess over users — you sweat the details to create delightful, enterprise-grade experiences
• Have a passion for AI – you love turning the latest tech into products that change how people work
• Bring B2B SaaS wins — you’ve shipped and scaled enterprise products
• Bridge tech and business — you translate architectural choices into commercial upside and unit-economics wins
• Speak engineer – CS degree, prior dev experience, or technical fluency lets you steer technical trade-offs with confidence
• Lead through influence – you align design, engineering, and the rest of the business around a shared story, even when priorities compete
• Move with urgency – you slice scope, test assumptions fast and know when 80% is better than perfect
• Communicate exceptionally – clear, concise, and with conviction—whether writing strategy docs or pitching execs
• Thrive in ambiguity – you turn fuzzy problems into focused action plans
  
  

Bonus points if you have

• Hands-on work fine-tuning LLMs, working with evals, or agentic automation
• Proven track record taking a product from 0 → 1 or launching successfully in the US market
