Senior Business Analyst - Insurance - Strategic IT Projects & BAU Oversight

• Permanent role
• $150,000 -$160,000 + Super + Bonus
• Sydney CBD location with hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home)

Intrinzic is proud to be partnering with a global insurance organisation on a newly created role within a growing team.

This role is perfect for a proactive Senior Business Analyst who thrives on variety and impact. You’ll support a team of platform-specific BAs, each an SME in their domain, by driving strategic projects, optimising BAU processes, and fostering seamless collaboration across stakeholders. Whether it’s supporting digital transformations, global initiatives, or day-to-day platform enhancements, your work will strengthen team resilience and deliver tangible business value.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with platform-specific BAs to support requirements gathering, process optimisation, and project delivery across multiple systems.
• Engage with brokers, internal teams, and global stakeholders to align needs and drive platform enhancements that improve user experiences.
• Support end-to-end projects and BAU operations, ensuring timely delivery while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Deliver precise documentation and actionable insights, balancing innovation with operational excellence to support the broader team.
• 4–5 years as a Business Analyst on technology-driven projects.
• You will have worked previously within insurance.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex, cross-functional, or global environments.
• Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
