The CRM Technical Analyst role will support, maintain, and enhance the current SaaS-based CRM systems—Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive
This role will be central to ensuring CRM platforms are effectively integrated into sales, marketing, customer service, and operations processes, while also interfacing with SAP S4/Hana, AWS Connect, their website, and the Databricks data warehouse.
This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, CRM administration experience, and an understanding of E2E CRM business processes, ideally in a supply chain or distribution business.
Alternatively if you do not have specific supply chain or distribution experience, other industry verticals that are focused on E2E customer journey and Customer experience will be considered as well.
What you will typically do in this role:
- CRM Administration & Configuration – the current environment is Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- CRM Integration Support - AWS Connect, SAP S4/Hana, Magento and Databricks
- Data Management & Governance - Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
- Enhancements, Change Delivery and User support
- User Training & Enablement
What you bring to this role:
You are a proactive, detail oriented professional with solid functional and technical understanding and passion for E2E customer journey and CRM processes. This includes:
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical CRM analyst or senior administrator role.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, and familiarity with HubSpot and Pipedrive. You are not “wedded” to any of these systems and are open minded about potentially moving to another, consolidated CRM system in the future
- Experience with CRM platform configuration, automation, workflows, and reporting.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and basic troubleshooting of integrations.
- Familiarity with systems integration in a SaaS environment (preferably with AWS Connect, Magento, Databricks).
- Strong skills in Excel, data analysis and data flows, SQL, and CRM data management.
- Experience or exposure to E2E Marketing and Customer Journey
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of supply chain, inventory, or customer service processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
The role is based in Arndell Park (Sydney West).
You will need to drive as there is no close public transport. There is plenty of parking and you will be required to be on site on average 3 days per week

This role is an initial 12 months Fixed Term – very likely to be renewed or go permanent. It pays a max base of up to $155k plus superannuation
