We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least two to three days a week in the office.

What you need to have:

  • Analytical prowess: You have a sharp analytical mind and can confidently handle complex data sets. Experience with remuneration survey tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional written communication: Your ability to craft clear and compelling reports sets you apart. You can effectively convey complex information in a concise manner.
  • Client-centric mindset: You prioritize understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Rewards consulting experience: Previous experience in rewards consulting or a related field is highly valued. Familiarity with compensation and benefits practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Education and curiosity: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business, or Finance, is preferred. However, equivalent professional experience will be considered. Your passion for continuous learning and professional growth is essential.
