Join Sephora and lead the team as Assistant Store Manager on a Full-Time, 6-month fixed-term basis in our Broadway store. This is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.

- Base salary of $69,680 + Commission + Bonus + Super
The opportunity:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment to deliver an exceptional client experience.
You will also:
- Utilize data to support operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store and District Managers
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure energizing customer service in a dynamic environment

- Have experience managing profit and loss, monitoring shrinkage, and forecasting sales

We would love to hear from you if:
- You have 2-3+ years of retail or store management experience
- You are passionate about client service and experiential retail
- You have experience in large or multi-site retail management
- You possess strong organizational, analytical, and business skills
- You are hands-on, motivating, coaching, and inspiring your team
- You can attract and inspire talented employees
- You have emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and influencing skills
- You are flexible to work weekends, evenings, and late nights during peak trading days (Thursday to Sunday)
Please consider that each store has unique needs. The busiest trading days are Thursday to Sunday, and the ideal candidate will be available for 5 full days during these times.
