Facilities Coordinator (with HSE Responsibilities) | Site-based | Sydney
Knight Facilities Management (KFM), is seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator with HSE knowledge to join our dynamic team at Sydney CBD. This is a pivotal on-site role ensuring seamless daily operations, contract compliance, and a strong safety culture.

About the Role:Reporting to the Client & Regional Operations Manager, you will:
Coordinate planned, responsive, and essential maintenance services.
Manage contractors, site inductions, permits, and minor works.
Oversee financial administration tasks including POs and budget tracking.
Maintain asset registers and support the CMMS system.
Lead and support HSE responsibilities including audits, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
You’ll play a key part in:
Conducting site safety inspections and promoting a strong safety culture.
Reviewing JSAs and ensuring compliance with HSE protocols.
Coordinating emergency preparedness activities such as drills and training.
Ensuring accurate incident reporting and risk management.
Experience in Facilities Coordination – essential.
Exposure to WHS responsibilities and compliance.
Trade knowledge or general building maintenance experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and committed to customer service.
Qualifications in Facility Management or Business are desirable.
HSE certifications (e.g., White Card, Cert IV WHS) are advantageous.
