Our client is a luxury residential building company specialising in architecturally designed, high-end custom homes across Sydney’s Northern Beaches & North Shore.

Our client is a luxury residential building company specialising in architecturally designed, high-end custom homes across Sydney’s Northern Beaches & North Shore.

As Site Manager, you’ll oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-million dollar luxury homes ranging from $5m to $25m on renovations and new builds. You will work closely with the Director, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, trades, and subcontractors
• Ensure high-end finishes and quality control are maintained at all times
• Schedule and coordinate works to meet project deadlines
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients professionally
• Enforce WHS compliance and manage site safety
• Track progress, manage materials, and report on job status
• Maintain clean, organised and efficient building sites
  
  

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential builds ($25+)
• Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and finishes
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• A passion for craftsmanship and building excellence
• Current White Card, Driver’s License
• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction
