• Expect a flexible contractor split, retaining at least 60% of the billings.
• You choose the days. If you have 2–3 days a week, there's client demand already waiting
• Work with a variety of clients: eating disorders, ADHD, ASD and more
• Get supervision from an experienced Clinical Director who’s got your back
• Admin dream team with Practice Manager + 2–3 receptionists daily

Your Duties will Include:

• Provide warm, tailored therapy to kids, teens and young adults
• Open to working with Eating Disorder presenting client, but this won't make up the entire caseload!
• Run assessments and sessions at your pace, no rigid KPIs here
• Enjoy being part of a supportive team while managing your own caseload
• Work out of inviting, pet-friendly clinics across Sydney or wider NSW

Requirements/ Skills:

• Previous experience in private practice (or similar clinical work)
• Comfortable working with eating disorders and young people
• Full AHPRA registration (General or Clinical Psych)
• Full Australian Work Rights
