A well-established suburban firm in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is seeking a confident Associate or Senior Associate-level Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience. The role offers a broad mix of civil litigation, estates, property transactions, and family law matters.
Ideal for a practitioner who enjoys diverse client interactions, autonomy, and a balanced working environment, this position provides a long-term opportunity with variety, stability, and growth.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $100,000 – $160,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
- Remuneration reviewed regularly and aligned with your working style
- Full-time onsite role with strong work-life balance

- Managing broad-ranging litigation and general civil matters
- Drafting briefs to Counsel and appearing in court as required
- Handling property transactions and leasing matters
- Advising on estates, probate, and family law issues
- Attending conferences with clients and Counsel
- Contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on quality service
- Minimum 4 years PAE, ideally across civil litigation, estates, property, and/or family law
- Confident managing matters with autonomy
- Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Practical and commercially minded
- Open to learning new areas and contributing to a small firm’s growth
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
