Senior Family Lawyer is in high demand for a highly sought family law firm with Sydney CBD Offices. This is a unique opening to be considered for a senior family lawyer particularly if you have 10 years + family Law PAE.

About the position:
Our client is seeking a confident Special Counsel – Family Lawyer to take over from a departing senior team member and continue driving excellence in a highly profitable practice. You will step into a well-positioned caseload of high-quality matters, supported by a collegiate team and strong firm-wide marketing.
You’ll be handling a mix of:
- Complex property settlements, including business valuations and trust structures
- Parenting disputes, including relocation and risk cases
- Binding Financial Agreements, spousal maintenance, and consent orders
- Direct client contact, strategic advisory, and dispute resolution/mediation
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years’ PAE in family law
- Accredited Specialist in Family Law or equivalent senior experience
- Proven ability to independently manage complex family law matters
- Strong stakeholder management and mentoring capability
- Existing client base or referrer network is highly regarded
