We’re a premium pizza shop with a cult following in Peakhurst. The kind of place people drive 30 minutes for and say “that’s the best pizza I’ve ever had.”
We’re now looking for a gun pizza chef who can not only lead the kitchen but become a key part of the next phase of our growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into ownership, help shape the future of a premium brand, and run your own kitchen without all the start-up risk.
Here’s the deal:
We make everything in-house: dough, sauces, toppings. No shortcuts.
We want someone who’s proud of their craft – and wants to build something long-term.
We’re open to offering equity to the right person.
You’ll need:
Experience running or leading a pizza kitchen
Strong dough and woodfire knowledge
Leadership skills – cool head, high standards, confident leading a team
Ambition – you're not just here to make pizza, you're here to build!
