Our client is a Tier 2 Construction builder in Australia’s industrial construction sector — trusted by leading national and international brands to deliver large-scale, technically challenging projects. You’re The One If You Have:

• 6+ years leading industrial construction projects
• Strong track record in client engagement and relationship building
• Experience In mentoring, coaching, and developing project teams
• Experience in delivering industrial projects from concept to completion -Essential
• The ability to build trust easily with Internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in software such as Aconex, Procore and MS Project
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Building and Construction, Project Management, Construction Management or similar - Required

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple projects from planning to handover
• Set the pace, direction, and standards for project delivery
• Mentor and be the direct report of 15-20 staff, mix of Project Managers and Contract Administrators
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for maximum impact
• Be the face of projects with senior stakeholders and industry partners
• Typically, you will be managing teams across 6 projects in the construction phase (Either 4 standard projects or 2 large technical projects)
