About the role
West Group are seeking an experienced HVAC&R Service Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role will involve coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and repair of Air conditioning and Refrigeration systems for our diverse range of commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
Liaising with clients to schedule and monitor HVAC&R service and repair work
Allocating technicians to job sites and coordinating their activities
Basic quoting and service reporting
Maintaining comprehensive service records and updating job statuses
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiencies
Assisting with the procurement of parts and equipment as required
What we're looking for
A Self Motivated, Reliable and Assertive individual who is looking to have a voice in an ever growing service department
Minimum 3 years' experience in an HVAC&R service coordination or similar role
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC&R systems and their maintenance requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using job management and HVAC control software (Simpro experience an advantage)
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety
