Job HVACandR Service Coordinator, The Rocks

About the role

West Group are seeking an experienced HVAC&R Service Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role will involve coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and repair of Air conditioning and Refrigeration systems for our diverse range of commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with clients to schedule and monitor HVAC&R service and repair work

• Allocating technicians to job sites and coordinating their activities

• Basic quoting and service reporting

• Maintaining comprehensive service records and updating job statuses

• Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiencies

• Assisting with the procurement of parts and equipment as required

What we're looking for

• A Self Motivated, Reliable and Assertive individual who is looking to have a voice in an ever growing service department

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an HVAC&R service coordination or similar role

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC&R systems and their maintenance requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in using job management and HVAC control software (Simpro experience an advantage)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety
