Job Description
We are looking for a Luxury Residential Foreman to join our client`s team to work around the Eastern Suburbs. Our client has been in business for nearly 20 years and only work on luxury bespoke homes.
As a Foreman, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that concrete and masonry works are executed to the highest standard in line with architectural intent.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities.Interpret detailed drawings and specifications for high-end custom homesLead and mentor trades, subcontractors, and labourersEnsure work is completed on time, to budget, and to our clients Projects quality standardMonitor and enforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in high end residential construction, with a focus on concrete and masonryMinimum 3 years in a Foreman or Site Supervisor roleDemonstrated experience on luxury/custom home projectsDeep knowledge of concrete structures, formwork, masonry detailing, and stoneworkStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret architectural and structural plansWhite Card & driver’s licenceA passion for quality construction and high-end finishes
