Position Review:
The Head of Creative at Selfie Leslie will be instrumental in defining and driving the brand’s creative vision, ensuring that our products and marketing initiatives reflect our commitment to setting trends in the women’s fashion industry. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a high-performing team while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across multiple channels. As we continue to grow, the Head of Creative will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of Selfie Leslie, making it an exciting opportunity for someone ready to leave their mark in the fashion world.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our creative team, setting the tone for all visual and content strategy.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution for both digital and physical collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, merch,marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Track industry trends to keep Selfie Leslie ahead in style, aesthetics, and brand engagement.
- Enhance our brand identity across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Elevate Brand Creativity and Consistency: Emphasize maintaining a cohesive brand visual and stylistic identity.
- Guide Brand Storytelling and Visual Integration: Take responsibility for integrating brand storytelling to ensure alignment of creativity with brand values.
- Innovate Creative Solutions and Manage Resources: Oversee sourcing and managing resources (such as models, photographers, and design tools) to support the creative process.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior creative role within women’s fashion (required).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, styling, and branding.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring creative talent.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behaviours, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt with the fast-paced environment of fashion and ever-changing trends.
- Team Spirit, highly collaborative, proactive, resilient and determined.
- Excellent time management skills, reliable and efficient, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
- Fast fashion experience essential.
