Job Administration Officer Level 3 - ESMHS, The Rocks

Selection criteria:

1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
5. High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
6. Team Player and willingness and ability to contribute to the overall performance and improvement of the Service's administrative support
7. Use of iProcurement, WINC, Finsbury, eMR, iPM and Healthroster, and willingness to learn other programs as required of the role.
