We’re now seeking a talented and passionate Cook to bring skill, creativity, and flair to our Pastry Kitchen. If you have a love for the art of pastry and the dedication to deliver excellence every time, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Prepare, cook, and present delicious pastry creations to the highest standards.
Collaborate on exciting new menus and signature desserts.
Keep our kitchen humming – from sparkling clean workspaces to well-maintained equipment.
Maintain top-notch food quality, portion control, and hygiene standards.
Contribute to controlling food costs and reducing waste.
Support fellow chefs and assist across other kitchen outlets when needed.
What you bring:
At least 2 years’ experience in an upmarket à la carte restaurant or luxury 5-star hotel.
A genuine passion for hospitality and the art of pastry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Full working rights in Australia.
