About the role
As the Brand Integration Lead at Mamamia, you will play a pivotal role in generating commercial revenue through innovative client advertising opportunities within our dynamic content ecosystems. Collaborating closely with editorial and branded content teams, you will ensure that commercial strategies are seamlessly integrated into new content verticals and brand expansion initiatives. This role demands a blend of strong marketing acumen and creative thinking, enabling you to communicate compelling opportunities that resonate with our audience and clients alike.
Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:
- Partner with senior content leads to develop the commercialisation of new brands or content platforms.
- Provide clear direction on packaging offerings for sales leads to develop.
- Deliver internal rollouts of new opportunities to the wider commercial team.
- Collaborate with editorial and branded content teams to identify new avenues for brand integration within existing properties.
- Work on seasonal big bet advertiser opportunities aligned with cultural moments.
- Ensure client delivery aligns with strategic visions post-sale.
- Implement project tracking systems to monitor integrated content initiatives.
- Establish regular cross-functional forums to align on content calendars and commercial opportunities.
Now, a bit about you
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role within media, publishing, or creative agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience in shaping and commercialising content ideas across multiple platforms.
- Proven ability to develop compelling, insight-led branded content concepts and go-to-market materials.
- Strong track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects with clear ownership of timelines and outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to build trust and manage competing priorities across teams.
- Ability to balance creative development with revenue objectives, contributing to measurable growth.
