How will you make an impact
The Marketing team bring our purpose to life for Australians, through every interaction a customer or an Adviser has with our owned channels. We focus on working with our stakeholders to deliver exceptional and engaging experiences through digital, advertising, Brand and events, using deep insights from our Data, research and analytical functions.
The Platforms and Investments Marketing team takes a strategic approach to marketing, targeting a B2B (Financial Adviser) audience. It is responsible for the development and delivery of all marketing and adviser engagement activity required to drive commercial outcomes and has the objective of growing our platform, North, as well as internally manufactured investment products by AMP Investments. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our targeted growth (acquisition) stream.
Your role could include building out customer journeys, purchasing and managing acquisition media, analysing data and trends to identify opportunities to attract new business and grow our adviser base.
What you will bring to the role
- Highly experienced in B2B marketing, preference for a financial services background
- Experience devising marketing acquisition strategy and building campaigns
- Experience using data and analytics to inform campaign decisions including an ability to read and understand data (experience using Power BI a big plus)
- Experience with trigger campaigns and an understanding of key lifecycle moments with a B2B audience
- Experience working with and communicating to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with a distribution team and identifying and extracting the information most pertinent to lead generation
- An open mind and big picture thinking, willing to push the boundaries and advocate for your data backed strategies
- Experience working within a cross functional team where you will need to brief our creative studio, media agencies, creative agencies and data and analytics teams
