About the Role:
Reporting to a senior leader, this role offers the opportunity to work independently while playing a critical part in shaping and maintaining a compliant, fair, and progressive workplace. You’ll be the go-to expert for complex case management, policy development and union engagement.
- Manage a diverse caseload including psychosocial issues, grievances, and performance matters
- Ensure compliance with legislative changes and enterprise agreement requirements
- Partner with unions and internal stakeholders on sensitive and strategic matters
- Review and develop workplace relations policies and processes
- Contribute to broader workplace relations projects
You bring around 10 years of experience in workplace relations within large, complex environments. You’re confident navigating unionised settings—whether blue or white collar—and thrive in high-stakes, high-volume environments. Your approach is strategic, compliant, and people focused.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in complex case management, policy development and union engagement
- Law degree
- Strong understanding of employment law and enterprise agreements
- Ability to work autonomously and influence at senior levels
- Experience in managing psychosocial risk and misconduct matters
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
