Front-End Construction Partner

About the role:
- Leading and expanding the front-end construction practice, with a focus on major infrastructure and development projects.
- Advising on complex construction contracts, including AS, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements.
- Providing strategic legal counsel on project structuring, risk management, and procurement strategies.
- Engaging in high-level negotiations and drafting project agreements, joint venture contracts, and consultancy agreements.
- Driving business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships.
- Mentoring and developing a team of lawyers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate:
- Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 10 years of PQE in front-end construction law.
- Established track record in contract negotiation, procurement, and risk management.
- Strong client network and proven ability to generate new business.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
