Salary Range: $ 97,027 - $107,059 + super and leave loading
Duration: Ongoing
Location: Gosford based – Weekly in office attendance is required

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Business Operations Officer to join the Business Operations team in the People & Corporate Services Directorate within SafeWork NSW.
The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative support and business administration services to facilitate the delivery of key programs of work within the team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organised, flexible and proactive team player with experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of operational processes and systems, preparation of reports, correspondence and response to enquiries. Being accommodating and responding with initiative to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is a key part of this role.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills, with demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, preferably with prior experience in supporting a busy team.
- Have proven high level of attention to detail and the ability to develop, maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
- Work collaboratively as well as with a certain level of autonomy, to meet strict deadlines.
- Proven ability with Microsoft Office applications and other in-house technology systems.
